Spot Color Printing
Letterhead & Envelopes

When we get approval on your layout or receive your camera ready artwork before 12 noon MST, the following turnarounds for raised printing are offered:

  • letterhead & envelopes - 1 day for black ink (2 days if color ink)
  • All letterhead and envelopes will be printed in laser-safe thermography unless you specifically tell us on the order form to print in flat ink.
  • allow up to 5 business days for flat ink.

Margins: min. 1/2" on all four sides
Trim size: 8.5" x 11"
1/8" Bleeds: not available with thermography, but optional with flat print.

Actual size: #10 regular (9.5" x 4.125")

When submitting print-ready files, you must have all colors set for spot color separations. No bleeds are available.

Bleeds on letterhead (only available when flat printed) = $20.00
